Skills & Experience
- Fluent English is mandatory (reading, writing and speaking).
- Advanced knowledge of agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of web and mobile development using agile methods.
- Experience in executing and coordinating IT projects.
- University degree completed or in progress in the technology area.
Main responsibilities and functions
- Monitoring the team's deliveries.
- Lead development as Technical Product Owner.
- Collaborate with designers, client project managers and the product team to design and manage solutions.
- Participate in the entire development lifecycle, from specification to configuration and task management.
- Improve and refine processes for a robust product development cycle.
- Prepare development specifications and organize tickets for an efficient workflow.
- Play a key role in mitigating problems to ensure successful release/sprint targets.
- Facilitate communication between business areas and the client.
- Generating specifications for product evolutions together with the development team, clearly expressing requirements in a Backlog.
- Participating in defining the user experience and usability of the product.
- Proposing product innovations based on market technology trends.
- Being a reference in the development and management of innovative, complex products that generate significant results for the company.
